01 — Service Overview
The Right People, In The Right Positions
A smoothly run race depends on people in every position along the course. NEXRUN coordinates the race-day crew, recruits and trains volunteers by category — aid stations, course guidance, rescue — while arranging on-site security and medical staff per the approved plan. Every position has a clearly assigned owner, pre-trained, with a direct communication channel to the operations center throughout the event.
