One Morning, Nearly 4,000 Runners
UEH Half Marathon – Embracing Our Future is a community race that's part of the activity series marking the 50th anniversary of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. The race drew 3,853 registered runners, with 3,413 completing a valid result. It was a large-scale event that demanded tight operations — from registration and kit distribution to course setup, timing, results publication and the overall runner experience.

With nearly 4,000 runners on the course the same morning, UEH Half Marathon demanded serious operational rigor - the kind that requires a battle-tested operator, not just a registration platform.

03 — How NEXRUN Executed
Before — During — After
NEXRUN ran the event through a before–during–after operating process, keeping the race smooth and the results data clean. Beforehand, the team prepared and classified runner data by distance — 5KM, 10KM and 21KM. During setup, the team laid out the start, finish, kit pickup, crowd-flow and on-course support zones. On race day, the timing system captured every runner's result in real time, feeding straight into the final results and leaderboard.
